The Trump Administration and North Korea with Harold Koh

Harold Koh is the Phi Beta Kappa Carl F. Cranor Visiting Scholar and Sterling Professor of International Law at the Yale Law School, where he has also served as Dean.  He has worked in the highest levels of government, most recently as Legal Adviser and Assistant Secretary of State in the Obama Administration. In this talk, based in part on his book The Trump Administration and International Law, Koh discusses the possibility for “denuclearization” on the Korean peninsula.
